Giving Back
Rett’s Roost is a haven of hope and healing for families touched by childhood cancer or the loss of a child. They offer free holistic retreats and community gatherings designed to cultivate connection, inspire joy, and nurture healing in shared understanding. Complementing these experiences, they also provide therapeutic grief support services—including death doulas and monthly virtual grief groups—always honoring both the depth of grief and the power of love.
Grasshopper Inn is honored to support Rett’s Roost through our participation in their annual Raffle and Silent Auction held during the Ogunquit Home & Garden Tour. As members of the Ogunquit community, we feel privileged to contribute to this mission—helping ensure that Rett’s Roost can continue offering families in crisis the loving support, meaningful connection, and compassionate care they so deeply need.

Exceptional Loved everything about the Grasshopper Inn! The grounds and inn itself were immaculate, and there was so much thought put into the design and details. We had a beautiful large suite with outdoor access to its own little patio, which was fabulous. One of our favorite parts of our stay was the concierge, Mark - he was so kind and helpful. He even helped us make a last minute reservation for my birthday dinner at one of his favorite restaurants, The Crooked Pine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Mark definitely helped make it a memorable stay, and we would happily book here again!

Fantastic stay!
We loved our stay at the Grasshopper Inn. Special attention has been paid to all the details to create a really upscale feel. We enjoyed walking down to the piano bar and enjoying dinner in Ogunquit. Don’t miss out on the made from scratch sourdough bread at breakfast. We have extremely high standards and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Grasshopper Inn to our family and friends.
